Takes about five minutes. You'll need your API key and base URL from your dashboard — keep that tab open.
In JanitorAI, go to your profile menu and choose API Settings (sometimes called "Proxy" or "Custom API").
Select the option for a custom or OpenAI-compatible API provider, not one of the built-in preset services.
Paste the Base URL from your dashboard into the "API URL" field, and your API key into the "API Key" field.
Choose the model from the dropdown (it should appear automatically once your key is recognized), then save.
Open any character and send a message. If nothing comes back, double-check the URL and key are pasted exactly, with no extra spaces, and that your dashboard shows a positive balance.
