You must be 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your country if that's higher, to create an account or use this service. By signing up you confirm this is true. We reserve the right to close any account where we have reason to doubt it.
virtual.sex provides API access to an AI language model for text generation, intended for adult fiction, roleplay, and creative writing. You can use our site or bring your own client application (such as JanitorAI or SillyTavern); we provide the model and the infrastructure behind your API key.
Fictional adult content between characters understood to be adults is permitted, including explicit material, provided it is legal where you live and where the service is provided from.
The following is never permitted, without exception, and results in immediate and permanent account termination:
Access is prepaid: you purchase credits, and usage is metered per token generated. Credits are deducted as you use the service and, once purchased, do not expire. New accounts receive a small free trial credit after verifying their email; this trial is limited and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time.
Payments made by cryptocurrency are final once confirmed on the relevant blockchain and cannot be reversed by us. Credits are non-refundable and we do not currently offer refunds for purchased credits, except where required by law.
You can close your account at any time by emailing contact@virtual.sex. Once processed, your account and the data tied to it are permanently deleted and your API key stops working immediately. Any remaining credit balance is forfeited at that point and is not refunded — see Section 4.
We never store the content of your conversations. See our Privacy Policy for details on exactly what is and isn't kept.
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated text can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We make no guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
There's no password on your account — access works entirely through your email. You're responsible for keeping your email account secure; we aren't liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised email.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
